Drama Impact - the Ripple Effect

HI Pastor Mike,

Please share this with your staff.

This is forwarded to me by a friend of mine this morning. I have been praying for him for about 2 years to return to his personal relationship with Jesus. So far, some very strong progress but he is still not coming to church services.
HOWEVER, yesterday's service has had a MAJOR impact to him directly. Blown away and brought to tears. AND HE DID NOT ATTEND THE SERVICE. !! This is what happens when the Holy Spirit is allowed to manifest. Hallelujah and Praise God!
I've removed his name from the email for now. But I have it on my heart that I will introduce you two one day soon, God willing.

Amazing Grace,
Mike

Here is the e-mail forwarded to Mike by his co-worker:

I wanted to share with you that one of my team members attends church with you at Life Center North (and a couple of others at Life Center by SFCC and yet another at the Valley spin off church..but I digress). Anyway...my co-worker was sharing with me the skit that was put on on Sunday about the teenager who struggles to keep in rhythm with God and all of the challenges and obstacles that come in her way. She was moved to tears by the experience on Sunday, and was again this morning when she was sharing the story with me.
Of course, her being moved to tears brought me to the same point as well. I am such a sap. I thought I'd share this with you so that you can share it back with your pastors that the Holy Spirit was working on at least one person in attendance on Sunday in a pretty powerful way.

I can honestly tell you that I can feel God pulling me back toward Him. 20 years of walking outside of His shadow is long enough and its time for me to get back in step and listen to his calling. As I write this, I don't know what that means exactly... yet But I do know that for the first time in a long time, that I'm listening. And for someone who makes his living talking, that's not an easy thing to do.

The Drama Impact

Hi Pastor Mike and Pastor Dan,
Also hello to Drama lead,

AMAZING. BREATHTAKING. The music for the 11:30am service was amazing. The
message was pure Spirit breathed. The drama literally took my breath away -
I am breathless! Wow is an understatement. God Bless the team and the
leadership. This clearly was a huge move of the Spirit. Bless you all for
being so sensitive to the move.

I don't know how to describe it, it has never happened to me before. Four
times in a row, (four breaths in a row) it took my breath away during the
finality of the drama. This happened for me as the young lady was
struggling to reach Jesus in her own strength, prayed, and then as Jesus
immediately stood in the gap. Completely captivated. I've NEVER been so
emotionally touched. I'd liken it to the miracle of our children's birth.
(I am sending this email on Monday morning to try to be objective, waiting a
few hours since the service to send my comments.)

By the way, we arrived Sunday at 11:29 and found a nice bench in the very
back row, kids sitting on our laps. The house was completely packed. I
thank God for the opportunity for Him to share this miraculous service with
a full house!

Praise God!

Mike

This from Raelyn Frantom

Wow!! That is awesome!! I actually attended two services myself. My boys (Michael and Justin) were so touched by the skit that Michael asked if we could go again on Sunday (11:30) and he brought an unsaved neighbor. I was sitting by the boy in the front row and he was in tears!! I KNOW that God answered our prayers and MANY lives were impacted. I turned around at the 11:30 service after we were singing the final song and many people were in tears. Their faces looked astonished. My boys have checked out the skit on God Tube!!!

Kidz on the Move!

Kidz Ministry was booming this Easter!

We had our largest kid attended weekend EVER with 340 children (between birth and 5th grade!). 96 of those kids were visitors! In our Elementary rooms, 19 kids said "YES" to Jesus for the first time!

  • Please be praying for those kids who attended this past Easter, pray that they would be excited to learn more about God and how He loves them!

  • Pray for those who accepted Jesus for the very first time, that they would continue their new found friendship with Jesus!

A huge thanks goes out to the 116 volunteers that helped love on all of these kids this weekend!!

The impact on regular attenders!

We attended the Sat. 4:30pm service and I just wanted to thank you and let you know what an impact that entire service had on my family. I am especially thankful that it impacted both of my sons (ages 18 and 17). My 18 year old said that it was the most awesome service he has EVER ( and he stressed EVER) been to. He texted his whole phone list of friends to tell them that they should go check it out. My 17 year old wanted the video of the drama to attach to his MySpace page for people to check it out. He thought of people that he goes to school with that he thinks would get so much out of that skit. We had great conversation on the way home from Church together.
We are all regular attenders but this Easter service had such an impact on us all. Thank you for all the hard work that we know it took to put that together. God definitely used you in our lives.

God Bless,

The Napolitano Family
